Places We’ve Been

Visiting Boston: Let me first out start talking about the most recent places we have gone together was Boston Massachusetts and if you haven’t gone to this beautiful city full of rich with history, arts, diverse culture and some of the best education in the country.

Get Around Boston: Getting around Boston is fairly efficient when taking the public transportation however, we made the mistake of renting a car when we first got in town and finding out the hard way that there are not many places in Boston downtown area to park in overnight unless you pay to park at eight overnight parking structure. Staying in the downtown area walking distance from the Boston Common and Quincy Market. We found that it was only two stops away on the subway from the airport. So of course returning the car that we rented the next day was a no-brainer decision but not before making the trip up to our favorite brewery the Boston Beer Company the makers of Samuel Adams and got a lucky spot in front.

Boston Common: America’s Oldest Park covers 50 acres and one of the first things you will notice is the Central Burying Grounds that’s been around since the 17th and 18th centuries.

Public Garden: This area of the park is located directly across the street from the Boston Common, what makes it different is that it’s curated botanical garden. We love this place for it’s full of flowers, flowering trees and extremely friendly squirrels that are always willing and expecting a hand out of anything nutty that sets the scene for the Public Garden but unfortunately the iconic Swan Boats that are usually in motion around the lagoon we’re out of commission due to low water levels.
